In the early 80’s, the adult world was presented with an actress who was one of the exciting entertainers of the present. There was something special about this blonde beauty that the porn industry was not able to experience. Her legacy lives on and her films remain among the most watched adult films. The starlet who was infamous was Ginger Lynn. Her birth date was December 4th, Rockford, Illinois, where she grew up until she was 19. When she visited her grandfather who was ill at home in California, Ginger decided to remain and secured a job in Musicland located in Redland, CA. The place was hers between November ‘82 and September 1983. She lived in a trailer located in one of the most slumbersome areas of town. Ginger was able to respond to an advertisement for models and at the end of the day, she was offered an offer to design an interior design for Penthouse. In a matter of minutes, Ginger was the most sought-after new model in the industry. While her first stint in porn lasted just two years and 69 films, her first two remain at the top of the video rental charts.

Ginger was able to make the transition into mainstream Hollywood. She won the love of one of Hollywood’s most famous women’s male, Charlie Sheen. They were in an on and off affair for more than four years. There were a few small roles in mainstream television, such as an appearance in Fox’s"Skin" and Fox’s “Skin” and roles in “Silk Stalkings” and “NYPD Blue,” not to mention a variety of mainstream films.

Presently, she makes guest appearances as well as starring in roles in adult films which pay homage to her fame, Ginger is a legend in her own right. She’s without doubt an invaluable part of the porn puzzle and doesn’t get enough recognition for her work. Ginger has left her mark that is unlike any other adult model prior to or following her. She is an absolute classic.
